The Benefits of Juicing

I stopped buying commercially processed juice drinks years ago. Those things are most likely packed with sugar and pasteurized, killing off the fruit's yummy vitamins and enzymes. Instead, I learned how to create my own raw, fresh juice using the process simply called juicing.


Juicing
is when you make a juice drink using raw and fresh fruits and produce. I personally like beetroot juice but I experiment with all types depending on my mood. Aside from tasting absolutely good, raw juice has many health benefits. People who have tried juicing says it helps with weight management. Raw juice also helps increase energy and boost the immune system.

One thing to remember when juicing is that it is not a replacement for all your veggies and fruits. Treat it as a supplement to your diet. Also, try to use organic as much as possible.
