Looking for Alternative to Crackers? Here's Jicama!

One of the hardest part in dieting is craving for the food that you once loved. Anyone who's been through a diet knows what I'm talking about ;) As for wheat-free dieters out there, here's a good alternative to wheat and grains --- Jicama!

Jicama, also called Mexican Potato or Mexican Turnip, refers to a Mexican vine, although the edible part of it is its tuberuos root. Its often eaten raw and is compared to a potato or pear.
