Just received my latest Mercola.com newsletter and it comes with this back-to-basics recipe by my fave Luci Lock. One of the first thing I've learned to cook was white sauce, which you can pour over almost anything. The key here is experimentation. Once you've perfected the sauce, feel free to add a bit of flavor of your own. I personally like to add some garlic, mint, and thyme once in a while.
